The SP chemistry pump according to ISO2858 / DIN24256 has been developed for maximum durability. The pumps have been developed to pump clean to heavily contaminated liquids that are chemically charged.

Material:
The pump is availabe in cast iron (GG20 - A48-900), 1.4408 (AISI316) and according to customer specification. The impeller and seal rings are standard in AISI316. Other material compositions are: ENG JL 250, 1.4460, 1.4408, 1.4517, 1.4588, 1.4404, 1.4462, C-steel.
Impeller:
Half open impeller for maximum efficiency and low pulsation.
Shaft seal:
The pump shaft seal is made with a single mechanical seal following DIN24960 or double mechanical seal (tandem or back-to-back setup). The composition of materials are able to put together by customer specifications. Other options like cartex seal are also possible.
Motor:
Standard B3 IEC engine can be supplied from any brand. ATEX engines are also possible.
Application:
You can find the SP pumps in many applications where clean and heavily contaminated liquids must be pumped. For small capacities, you can apply the Andritz ISO range.
