Nakakin SC serie
Hygienic Lobe Pumps

Nakakin's lobe pumps are equipped with so-called saddle lobs, which reduces internal losses, reduces wear and less damage to the product that will be pumped.
The Nakakin SC lobe pumps are available in various sizes, designs and options.

Nakakin's lobe pumps are commonly used in the food industry, pharmaceutical industry and chemical industry.

Flow rates up to: 28 m3/h
Viscosity up to:    300.000 mPas
Connection:            1 1/2" tot 3"

Features and benefits
Smallest space: The special alloy ensures the smallest gap between the rotors and the housing.
  • Constant transport
  • Self-suction
  • Transport of all types of viscosities
  • Extremely hygienic
  • Cleaning is easy because of the limited space which within the liquid can accumulate in the pump.
  • In a vertical installation, a CIP process can extract the last drop of liquid from the pump.
  • Easy to assemble/ disassemble. Fully clean and sterilize with CIP / SIP processes.
  • Standard: 95 ° C, maximum temperature: 150 ° C
  • Maximum Pressure: 1.0 MPa = 10 bar

Special features of the SC series:
  • Rotor fixed to the shaft: Disassembly / assembly is a simple process. The shaft is attached to the rotor, it can be installed easily and accurately.
  • Flat rotor head and cover: The head and cover of the rotor are flat. This reduces drastically the space which within the liquid can accumulate.
  • Super clean mechanical shaft seal: The mechanical shaft seal has a simple and compact design. Therefrom there are no O-ring slots where liquid can accumulate and cleaning becomes simple.
  • Easily disassemble by loosening the nut on the rear of the shaft with the rotor. This makes maintenance easy, for example: Replacing mechanical shaft seals.
  • Vertical and horizontal fluid flow available.
  • Double and single rotor blades available.
