S-series
The S-pumps
from Grundfos form the backbone of many waste water systems. They are chosen
for their strength, durability and for innovative features such as the
SmartTrim range setting system and the Smart Seal for leakage prevention.
The
SmartTrim system used on the S-pump makes it easy to set the factory-set
impeller clearance and thus maintain the maximum pump efficiency.
The
Grundfos SmartSeal Auto-coupling gasket offers a completely leak-proof
connection between pump and base unit of the auto-coupling system. The shaft seal
can rotate in both directions. If the pumps are installed with separate
pipework, sedimentation can be prevented by regular back-flushing.
