The Grundfos HS series horizontal split case pump is a single-stage, non-self-priming, intermediate bearing, centrifugal volute pump. The split construction makes it easy to remove the top of the housing and perform maintenance without moving the motor.
The design with a double volute reduces the radial load on the shaft, which extends the service life of the components, minimizes vibration and keeps the pump running.
The HS pump offers higher efficiency over the entire range. The high efficiency in combination with the long service life and easy maintenance leads to low costs in the service life.
