Pump description
The SP Chemical pump according to the ISO2858 / DIN24256 is designed for maximum life
time. The pumps are designed to pump clean and slightly contaminated fluids
which are
chemical agressive. The SP is designed for higher capacities then our
ISO range.
- ISO: pump with seperate bearing support, coupling and IEC motor mpunted on
a base frame
Key features:
Capacity: up to 7500 m³/hr
Head: up to 150 m
Operating pressure: up to 25 Bar
Design temperature: -20ºC til +200ºC
According to: ISO2858 / DIN24256 Material design
The pump can be delivered in cast Iron (GG20 - A48-900), 1.4408 (AISI316) en
according to customer specification. Impeller en wearrings are standard
supplied in AISI316 stainless steel. Other possible materials are: ENG JL
250, 1.4460, 1.4408, 1.4517, 1.4588, 1.4404, 1.4462, C-steel.
Impeller design
Half open, multi vane, impeller designed to maximize efficiency and low flow
pulsation.
Sealing design
The pump is executed with a mechanical seal according to DIN24960 or double
mechanical seal (tandem or back-to-back arranged). Materials can be
according to the specifications of the customer. Also other sealing types
can be offered, according to your specifications.
Motor design
Standard version has there own developped high efficiency motors. Upon request the pump can be executed
with an other make motor and/or an ATEX certified motor.

You can find our SP pumps in all kinds off applications, where clean and
slightly contaminated aggressive
liquids are pumped.
