Pump description
The S slurry pump is specially designed for pumping fluids containing large amounts off solids, which may be abrasive. The pump has a very strong and reliable bearing bracket which can absorb all forces, generated by the impeller and motor.  
- S: pump with separate bearing support, coupling and IEC motor mounted on a base frame

Head: up to 140 m
Operating pressure: up to 16 Bar
Design temperature: -20ºC till +200ºC
According to: process design, not regulated 

Material design
The pump will be standard supplied with a duplex (1.4460) impeller and wear plates and a cast iron pump casing. As an option we can supply an all duplex pump or super duplex (1.4517) pump.

Impeller design
Fully open, multi vane, impeller placed between liners (wear plates). This construction guarantees a problem free operation for fluids containing solids and fibres.

Sealing design
The pump is executed with a mechanical seal according to DIN24960 or double mechanical seal (tandem or back-to-back arranged). Materials can be according to the specifications of the customer. Also other sealing types can be offered, according to your specifications. As standard stuffing box can be supplied. A specially designed dynamic seal is also available.

Motor design
Standard version has there own developed high efficiency motors. Upon request the pump can be executed with an other make motor and/or an ATEX certified motor. 

Markets
You can find our S pumps in all kinds off applications, where contaminated aggressive liquids are pumped. For example the pulp and paper industry, flue gas desulphtion, seawater etc.
