HPS Stainless steel pumps...

Pump description
The HPS stainless steel water pump according to the EN733 / DIN24255 is strongly designed for maximum life time. The pumps are designed to pump clean and contaminated fluids which are chemical aggressive. The pump can be delivered in the following executions:
- HPSS: short coupled in block version (block pump)
- HPSE: Pump with extended shaft end, on a IEC motor
- HPSF: pump with separate bearing support, coupling and IEC motor.
- HPSV: pump with a vortex impeller, for heavily contaminated fluids.

Key features:
Capacity: up to 500 m³/hr
Head: up to 95 m
Operating pressure: up to 12 Bar
Design temperature: -20ºC til +120ºC
According to: DIN24255 / EN733 (water norm)

Material design
The pump will be delivered in AISI304, wet parts, but can also be supplied in AISI316L. The pump casing, back plate and impeller are made out off plate material, which is laser-technology welded.

Impeller design
Closed, multi vane, impeller designed to maximize efficiency and low flow pulsation.
Vortex impeller for fluids containing abrasive solids.

Sealing design
The pump is executed with a mechanical seal according to DIN24960. Materials can be according to the specifications of the customer. Also other sealing types can be offered, according to your specifications.

Motor design
Standard version has there own developed high efficiency motors. Upon request the pump can be executed with an other make motor and/or an ATEX certified motor. 

Markets
You can find our HPS pumps in all kinds off applications, where clean and aggressive liquids are pumped. The special HPSV version is specially designed for contaminated fluids, which contains solids and impurities.
