FP pump is specially designed for pumping high capacities against the
lowest running costs. This high efficiency pump is extreme reliable
and does his duty with very little maintenance. You can find these
pumps mainly in the drinking water supply or as cooling water pumps
for heavy industry like power generation and steel production plants. |

Pump description
The FP is a double suction split case pump, which is build to pump high
capacities with efficiencies till 92%. Due to this concept axial forces
are non-consistent, radial forces are consumed by two heavy duty bearing
brackets. Our FP range is designed to have the lowest possible running
costs and is almost maintenance free.

Capacity: up to 25000 m³/hr
Head: up to 110 m
Operating pressure: up to 16 Bar
Design temperature: -20ºC till +120ºC
According to: double suction split case pump Material design
The pump is standard delivered in cast iron with duplex (1.4460)
impeller and wear rings. A complete duplex, 1.4460, is available as an
option. Other materials upon request.
Impeller design
Two closed high efficiency impellers, placed back to back.
Sealing design
Sealing on both end of the shaft can be executed in shaft packing, with
flushing water (internal or external) or by meaning of a double mechanical
seal (back-to-back).
Motor design
Standard version has there own developed high efficiency motors. Upon request the pump can be executed
with an other make motor and/or an ATEX certified motor.
Markets
You can find our FP pumps in all kinds off applications, mostly in the pulp
and paper industry, common industry, power generation and marine.
