Pump description
Self-priming centrifugal pump ZHPL series pumps are designed to be used for pumping clear or dirty liquids with solids up to 76 mm (3").
The special design makes them suitable for abrasive liquids due to a front liner and cutting device.
ZHPL series pumps are useful when the the following conditions are required:

• quick self-priming
• handling solids (Waste water)
• high abrasive resistance
• dry running
• long life

Design temperature: -20ºC til +100ºC

Material design
The pump can be delivered in cast iron, bronze or stainless steel 1.4408 (AISI316) and according to customer. Special version are available for seawater and cooling water duties. 

Impeller design
centrifugal open impeller, multi vane, designed to maximize efficiency and low flow pulsation. 

Sealing design
The pump is executed with a mechanical seal according to DIN24960 or double mechanical seal (tandem arranged). Materials can be according to the specifications of the customer. Also other sealing types can be offered, according to your specifications. Special seal version, grease lubricated, are available to protect against dry running.

Motor design
Standard version has there own developed high efficiency motors. Upon request the pump can be executed with an other make motor and/or an ATEX certified motor. 

Markets
Where high viscous fluids needs to pumped, and self priming would be an option. You can find these units in all kind off industries but mainly in borehole drilling, chemical industry, pulp and paper industry, common industry, marine applications.
