Pump description
The RC4060 submersible sludge pump
has been designed to work continuously on all types of construction
jobsites. It is used for:
-
Pumping
of sludge and mud
-
Sewage
treatment plants for emptying and cleaning digestion tanks and
sedimentation tanks
-
Pumping
highly contaminated and viscous liquids in many industries.
Direct On-line start: The
power cable is connected to a terminal board beneath the pump cover. A
separate starter is used for electrical connection of the motor.
Features:
- The mechanical seals
are oil lubricated.
-
The impeller consist of a free Flow (vortex) Impeller.
- The pump includes a
built-on motor-protection if connected to the separate starter.
- The pump casing and
impeller are designed for trouble-free operation when pumping solid
particles
- The seal unit with
mechanical seals of silicon carbide is easy replaceable.
- The oil consumption is
reduced to minimize inspection between service intervals.
