Propellor pump / propeller pump
HPP propeller pumps...

Pump description
The HPP propeller pump for pumping high capacities with low heads. This pump is specially designed for fluids that contains solids or fibres, and may be highly abrasive. This unit can be built into an existing pipe/tube. Trough the impeller it is also possible to extract air or gas bubbles or to add and mix additives.

Key features:
Capacity: upon request
Head: upon request
Operating pressure: up to 16 Bar
Design temperature: -20ºC til +140ºC
According to: propeller pump design

Material design
The pump can be delivered in stainless steel 1.4408 (AISI316) or in high wear resistant stainless steel (duplex, 1.4460) and according to customer specification.

Impeller design
Fully open propeller design, multi vane, designed to maximize efficiency and low flow pulsation.

Sealing design

The pump is executed with a mechanical seal according to DIN24960 or double mechanical seal (tandem arranged). Materials can be according to the specifications of the customer. Also other sealing types can be offered, according to your specifications.

Motor design
Standard version has there own developed high efficiency motors. Upon request the pump can be executed with an other make motor and/or an ATEX certified motor.

Markets
Everywhere where fluids containing solids or fibres needs to be pumped with high capacity and low head. When power absorption and reliability is very important. Where fluids needs to be mixed or added. Where gas needs to be retrieved from an existing flow.
